I believe that you have the innate tools within you to grow and achieve the life you want for yourself and your loved ones, and is my privilege to help you discover your unknown potential. My approach to counseling is grounded in a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution-focused therapy. By incorporating these techniques, I can help you recognize opportunities for meaningful growth and develop the skills necessary to overcome obstacles. As a bilingual counselor (English and Spanish), I work with adults and am committed to creating a safe and inclusive space for all. I am also an LGBTQIA+ ally and understand the unique challenges that members of this community may face. I believe that everyone deserves to live their life to the fullest, and I am here to help you achieve that goal. AUBRI TAYLOR,

Aubri supports individuals and couples navigating anxiety, relationship stress, communication challenges, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions. She brings a warm, grounded presence to her work, helping clients strengthen their communication skills, understand their emotional patterns, and build healthier relationship dynamics.
With experience as a special education teacher and as a mother, Aubri offers a compassionate understanding of the unique pressures families, parents, and neurodivergent individuals often face. She also works with teens, young adults, and clients with Autism or ADHD, providing support with emotional regulation, social skills, and everyday coping.
Aubri’s approach is culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and focused on giving clients practical tools they can use in real life. She is committed to creating safe, judgment-free spaces where clients feel fully seen, understood, and supported as they grow—individually and within their relationships.
Session availability: Mondays & Wednesdays from 6-8 pm CT, Saturdays & Sundays from 10-12 pm CT and 6-8 pm CT.
Fee: $30 per individual session (youth or adult) and $60 for couples.

DRAUPADI ALVAREZ,

Draupadi is bilingual (English and Spanish) and provides compassionate support to adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating grief, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and emotional overwhelm. She creates a warm and grounded therapeutic space where clients feel safe exploring their emotions while developing practical tools for daily life.
Draupadi integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and strengths-based approaches to help clients better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. She works collaboratively with clients to build emotional awareness, strengthen resilience, and develop healthier coping patterns that support long-term growth.
With experience working alongside adolescents and families, she understands how stress, loss, and change can deeply impact emotional well-being. Draupadi is committed to creating a respectful, culturally responsive environment where clients feel heard, empowered, and supported at every step of their healing journey.
She believes that meaningful change begins with feeling safe, understood, and supported, and she is honored to walk alongside clients as they move toward greater clarity, balance, and emotional strength.
Session availability: Monday to Friday 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM CT. Saturdays & Sundays from 10-12 pm CT and 6-8 pm CT.

ROXANNA RIVERA,

Roxanna provides compassionate, client-centered support to children, adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and emotional stress. She creates a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their experiences.
In addition to individual and couples counseling, she also facilitates therapy processing groups for youth, including the summer group program described above, offering a supportive peer environment where children can share experiences, build social-emotional skills, and practice coping strategies together.
Her approach integrates evidence-based and strengths-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Expressive Arts techniques (art-based interventions). By combining counseling with creative expression, she helps clients better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while also offering alternative ways to process and communicate difficult feelings.
With a passion for holistic and culturally responsive care, Roxanna works collaboratively with clients to build emotional awareness, strengthen coping skills, and foster resilience. She is committed to supporting each client’s unique healing journey and believes that growth begins in a space of safety, creativity, and connection.
Session availability: (Flexible) Tuesday and Wednesday 9AM–5PM. Groups Thursdays to Saturdays 9:30AM- 11:30AM and 1:30PM -3:30PM CT.

KAYLA SANTOS,

Kayla provides client-centered support to children, adolescents, families, and adults navigating emotional challenges, trauma, difficult life experiences, and life transitions. She is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their experiences.
In addition to individual & family counseling, she also facilitates therapy processing groups for youth, including the summer group program described above, offering a supportive peer environment where children can share experiences, build social-emotional skills, and practice coping strategies together. Kayla’s approach integrates evidence-based and strengths-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, to help clients better understand the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building resilience and emotional awareness.
Kayla brings experience as a home health provider, where she has supported individuals daily with activities of daily living, while offering consistent emotional support, patience, and compassionate care. This experience has strengthened her ability to meet clients where they are and respond to their unique needs with empathy and flexibility.
Kayla is committed to fostering a culturally responsive and inclusive environment where clients from diverse backgrounds feel respected and supported. She welcomes the opportunity to work with individuals, families, couples, and groups and be alongside them through their journey.
